You pull up in front of the Park Avenue house in Baltimore's Bolton Hill neighborhood, push the Baltimore Literary Heritage Project CD into the slot, and hit "play"-or maybe you flip to the Baltimore Literary Heritage Project's MP3 file that you downloaded from our website. You listen to a short biography of F. Scott Fitzgerald, who lived in the house in the1930's. And then you hear an excerpt of Tender Is the Night, much of which he purportedly wrote while pacing back and forth on the house's back balcony.
Sometime soon you'll be able to download files or order those CD's about Fitzgerald, Mencken, Poe and other Baltimore authors from this site. We're working on it.
But it's not ready yet.
